A man has died in a horrific head-on crash with a garbage truck of Queensland Southern Downs region.
The 65-year-old’s car crashed head-on into a garbage truck on Cunningham Hwy in Allen around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the truck, a 61-year-old man, was transported to Warwick Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Queensland Police are investigating and anyone who witnessed the crash or who has dashcam footage is asked to get in touch.
